		<description>Oof, I hear you on that. The CMS we used quite a bit a couple years ago (CMSms) had that problem.  I don&#039;t believe it stripped *all* formatting out, but any CMS where you have to enter/edit code within the browser is bad news for code formatting.  

I guess you could keep external files of each bit of code and copy/paste but that seems like a nightmare for a team project unless you were using subversion. Plus it&#039;s just one more step in the process, that you could forget just *once* and lose all your previous changes. Not a good feeling.</description>

		<description>Too bad most CMSs will format the code their own way as soon as you close the window. Ours removes any indentations and extra spacing.... makes it super difficult to get in and make edits.</description>
