In honor of Valentine’s Day, a time that fills some people’s hearts with warm fuzzies, (and makes others want to hurl) we’ve been musing on the things that we love, and conversely, what we hate, here in the creative department of eROI.

Their relationship on paper recently made a few of my concepts come to life.

Just signed up for An Event Apart: Seattle.
Having a heart attack at the $,
but SO VERY VERY EXCITED about finally attending

Hate:
Cryptic emails that take days to decipher,
when the issue was one that could’ve been fixed in 5 minutes
had they asked for what they wanted.

I heart the HTML Tidy Validator Firefox add-on.
And I REALLY heart when you see the green circle with the check mark because it means the page validates!
And of course I hate IE6, especially that it doesn’t like transparent pngs :(

Reading other people’s secrets is somehow beautiful and inspiring.
I heart SecretTweet , too. Gets my creative juices flowing!
I hate Microsoft Powerpoint and Publisher.

I heart Cooliris.
It’s an awesome Firefox add-on that allows you to scroll through
images and video in a sleek, speedy way. There’s a cool zoom feature when you click on any image/video to see the details.

I heart Notepad++ with Textmate themes, Quicktext and FTP_synchronize.
I heart hacking WordPress plugins.
I heart weekends.
I hate bad interface design, IE6, and waking up early. :(
